How To Share A Permit For Troubleshooting (Secret Network / Shade Protocol)
In this tutorial, we will teach you how to copy your “permit” to your clipboard to allow us to inspect your encrypted transactions in order to help us better troubleshoot and understand the existing problem you are encountering.
The first step is to navigate to the app: https://app.shadeprotocol.io/bonds
Steps
Right click anywhere on the app.shadeprotocol.io/bonds website and click on “Inspect”.
Next, click on the extension arrow and navigate to “Application”.
Navigate to “Local Storage”.
Select “https://app.shadeprotocol.io/bonds” under Local Storage.
Double click and copy the section under “Value” under the “Permits” row.
Paste this value (ctrl-v or right click and select “paste”) to whoever is helping you troubleshoot. This value is your permit that will allow others to view your encrypted data and help troubleshoot your problem.
Conclusion
Shade Protocol is an ambitious array of application-layer products focused on a simple end user experience that involves the incorporation of privacy by default. These interconnected privacy-preserving DeFi products built on Secret Network will change DeFi as we know it — empowering the next generation of value creation and exchange. Shade Protocol is launching Silk: a privacy-preserving collateralized, reflexive stablecoin built on Secret Network.
But we can’t do this without community. We need you to join our community and help make Silk and Shade Protocol a reality.
